Razoo.com wants to talk to you if you have social media, marketing and interactive genius!  Here is the job description:

Director of Audience
Role Summary

As Razoo’s leading advocate and marketer, you will be responsible for providing vision, setting strategy, and for building and engaging an audience of donors who are dedicated to making the world a better place. You will be responsible for drawing upon industry best-practices and your experience to engage users on the site, provide them with a world-class experience, and deepen relationships between users and Razoo along our continuum of engagement.

About Us

Razoo invites individuals to experience the joy of giving through a marketplace that matches passion and resources with life-changing projects around the world. We are a web site and a lifestyle, providing both inspiration and practical tools to help our members make a difference. Our name reflects our goal to encourage giving and to unlock the potential of every dollar invested in the lives of others.

The Razoo marketplace is a simple yet innovative approach to philanthropy that bridges the gap between those with means, and those in need. We will do so by fundamentally improving the giving process–from finding the right opportunity to tracking the ongoing progress of projects.

Our vision is as big as the challenges we are addressing, and lasting solutions take time. We are currently building out the core of our marketplace by helping donors give more effectively and efficiently to US-based charities. Razoo members can find and donate to organizations, track their giving online, and schedule donations to meet their personal goals—all for free. We are changing philanthropy incrementally through technology, and we invite you to get involved.

About You

You are a student of people. You understand how to attract and engage people online, and love interacting, sharing and learning from them.
You understand business. Your decisions are driven by good business sense, and you have a natural inclination to think about ROI.

You are a great communicator and an engaging writer. You have the ability to present information in an easily accessible and compelling way. You can summarize complex concepts in a few bullet points.
You see the big (and little) picture. You are comfortable with high-level strategic planning as well as rolling up your sleeves for tactical implementation of online engagement strategies.
You care about social good. You have either professional or personal experience working towards making the world a better place.
Your integrity is unquestioned. This speaks for itself.
